Snap your meals. Hit your protein. Share your progress.

Your provider recommended Daily Track because what you eat at home matters for your recovery. Take a picture of your plate and the app counts the calories and protein for you. Then share your week with your provider in one step.

The real Today screen

You know you should eat better. Keeping track is the hard part.

Your provider told you protein and calories matter for recovery. Makes sense. Then you got home.

Food logs take too long. Typing every ingredient feels like a second job. Most people quit by day three.

And protein is the one most people miss. You probably don't know how many grams you ate today. Most people guess. Most people guess low.

Daily Track makes it easy to know.

Logging that takes seconds

Point your phone at the plate. Done.

Tap the plus button and pick how to log. Scan Food takes a photo of your meal, and AI estimates the calories and protein. Adjust the portion if you need to, and save.

Hit your protein

Know by lunch if you're behind on protein.

Daily Track sets a daily protein target from your body weight and keeps a running count. When you fall behind, the app tells you, right on the home screen.

Then it answers the next question: "What should I eat?" Meal ideas are sorted by protein and fit the calories you have left.

Your week at a glance

The numbers don't lie. Even mine.

Every week, Daily Track shows how many days you hit your calorie and protein targets, plus your best and worst protein days. This is my own week. I built the app, and I still missed protein every single day.

That's the point. You can't fix what you can't see.

Share your progress

Let your provider see your week.

Your provider can give you a share code. Enter it in your settings and agree to share. Now your provider sees a short summary of your last 7 days:

  • Your average calories and protein
  • Days you hit your protein target
  • Your latest weight
  • The last day you logged
  • Not your food photos. Those stay private.

Sharing is your choice. You can stop anytime in your settings.

Why I built it

I built the tracker I wanted my own patients to use.

"I've lost 10 pounds in 2 months just by tracking what I put in my body and how active I am. It's the first time I've done it without going on a diet. It really comes down to awareness."

Greg Todd, founder of Smart Success Healthcare. Individual results vary.

Questions

What does my provider see?

Only what you choose to share. If you enter their share code and agree, they see your last 7 days: average calories and protein, days you hit your protein target, your latest weight, and the last day you logged. They don't see your food photos or progress photos.

Do I have to share with my provider?

No. Sharing is optional. You can turn it on or off anytime in your settings.

Does my provider earn anything if I sign up?

If you joined through your provider's link, yes. They earn a share of your subscription. Your price is the same either way.

Is this my medical record?

No. Daily Track is a personal tracking app. It is not part of your medical record and does not give medical advice.

How accurate is the photo estimate?

It's an estimate. You can change the portion before saving, or log by barcode or by hand when you want an exact number.

Does it work on Android and iPhone?

Yes. It runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen like an app.

Do I need an Oura Ring or a Withings scale?

No. They're optional. Everything else works without them.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund payments already made.
