For PTs, OTs, chiros, dietitians and athletic trainers

Track your patients' recovery where it really happens. At home.

Recovery depends on what your patients take in. Daily Track lets them log a meal with a photo, hit a daily protein target, and share their week with you. You see who is on track before the next visit.

The real Today screen

Recovery happens at home. You can't see it.

You see a patient for an hour or two a week. The other 160 hours are up to them. That's when they eat, sleep and rest.

You tell them protein and calories matter for recovery. They nod. Then they go home, and you never find out what they actually ate.

Ask at the next visit and you get a guess. "Pretty good, I think."

You track range of motion, pain and strength. You should be able to track what they take in, too.

Logging that takes seconds

Your patients won't keep a food log. They will take a picture.

Food logs take too long. Typing every ingredient feels like a second job. By day three, most people quit.

In Daily Track, they tap the plus button and take a photo of the plate. AI estimates the calories and protein. They can adjust the portion and save.

The protein gap

Most patients under-eat protein. Now they'll know by lunch.

Daily Track sets a daily protein target from body weight and keeps a running count. When they fall behind, the app tells them, right on the home screen.

Then it answers the next question: "What should I eat?" Meal ideas are sorted by protein and fit the calories they have left.

The week at a glance

The numbers don't lie. Even mine.

Every week, Daily Track shows how many days they hit their calorie and protein targets, plus their best and worst protein days. This is my own week. I built the app, and I still missed protein every single day.

That's the point. You can't fix what you can't see.

New: the Provider view

See every patient's week on one screen.

You get a share code. Your patient enters it in their settings and agrees to share. From then on, you see their last 7 days:

  • Average calories and protein
  • Days they hit their protein target
  • Latest weight
  • The last day they logged
  • No food photos. Those stay with the patient.

You only see patients who chose to share. They can stop sharing anytime.

How it works in your practice

  1. Get your provider account. One payment of $97. Your account is yours for life, with the Provider view and your share code.
  2. Use it yourself for a week. You'll explain it better when you've logged your own lunch and seen your own protein number.
  3. Give patients your code and your link.Your link takes them to the patient page. Your code connects their account to your Provider view.
  4. Check the Provider view at visits.Open it before the session. See who logged, who hit protein, and who went quiet. Then talk about it.
It pays for itself

Every provider is an affiliate. You earn 30% of every patient payment.

Patients pay $14 a month or $119 a year. When a patient joins through your link, you earn 30% of every payment they make, every month, for as long as they stay subscribed. That's $4.20 a month for a monthly patient, or $35.70 a year for a yearly patient.

Patients on the monthly planYou earn each monthOver a year
5$21$252
10$42$504
25$105$1,260

Examples only. What you earn depends on how many patients join through your link and how long they stay.

About two patients who stay a year pay back your $97. After that, it pays you.

Commissions are tracked and paid through our GoHighLevel affiliate program. You get your link the day you join.

Why I built it

I built the tracker I wanted my patients to use.

"I've lost 10 pounds in 2 months just by tracking what I put in my body and how active I am. It's the first time I've done it without going on a diet. It really comes down to awareness."

Greg Todd, founder of Smart Success Healthcare. Individual results vary.

Questions

Who pays, me or my patient?

You pay $97 once for your own account. Each patient pays for their own: $14 a month or $119 a year. They can cancel anytime.

Do I need to be an affiliate?

Every provider gets an affiliate link automatically. You don't have to use it. You can give patients your share code and send them to the patient page without your link. You just won't earn the commission.

How do I get paid?

Commissions are tracked in our GoHighLevel affiliate program and paid monthly. You'll see your link, your referrals and your earnings in the affiliate portal. You earn 30% of each payment a patient makes through your link, for as long as they stay subscribed.

Do I have to tell patients I earn a commission?

Yes. Tell patients you earn a commission when they join through your link. A short line is enough, like "I earn a small commission if you sign up through my link." It's required by our affiliate terms, and it keeps their trust. Your profession's rules may ask for more, so check them.

What can I see about my patients?

Only patients who enter your share code and agree to share. For each one you see their last 7 days: average calories and protein, days they hit their protein target, latest weight, and the last day they logged. You don't see their food photos. They can stop sharing anytime.

Is this HIPAA software?

No. Daily Track is a consumer tracking app. Patients own their accounts and choose whether to share with you. It is not an electronic health record, and it doesn't replace your documentation. Follow your own practice's rules for how you use what patients share.

How accurate is the photo estimate?

It's an estimate. Patients can change the portion before saving, or log by barcode or by hand when they want an exact number.

Does it work on Android and iPhone?

Yes. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Try Daily Track for 14 days. If it isn't for you, email greg@smartsuccesshealthcare.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

What happens when the founding spots are gone?

The price goes to $197 for new providers. If you join at $97, that's all you ever pay for your account.

Stop guessing what your patients eat at home.
