AI Didn’t Build This Community—I Did (Here’s How You Can Too)

This past weekend, I was reminded of something important.

AI is powerful. It's helpful. It’s a game-changer.

But it doesn’t build community.

People do. Leaders do. YOU do.

Let me explain…

It Had Been 4.5 Months Since I Ran an Event

That’s the longest I’ve gone without hosting something live since I started this mission.

But last Saturday, I finally brought people together again—and we filled the room to capacity.

450+ people signed up.
26 joined our AI Income Accelerator program (our goal was 20).
5 more joined between midnight and morning.

By the time I woke up, we had 30 people locked in.

But here’s the part no one talks about…

AI Helped Fill the Room. But It Didn’t Create the Impact.

You know what did?

The years I’ve spent showing up live, connecting on stories, building trust.

Let me be real with you…

Most people think AI is either this scary robot that’s gonna replace us… or this magical tool that’s gonna make you rich overnight.

They’re wrong on both.

The truth is this: AI won’t replace you… but someone using AI well might.

Because what AI can’t do is create connection.

It can’t stand in the cold plunge next to your clients.

It can’t look someone in the eye and say, “I see you.”

It can’t build relationships like you can.

The Human Element Is Still the Most Valuable Asset

At the event, I told the group:

“Every single one of you here—outside of my staff—is here because of AI. But that doesn’t mean AI created this moment. It simply helped scale my voice. It helped more people find me. It helped more people get to this moment.”

That’s how I use it.

📹 I go live on Facebook.
📲 I talk directly to my audience on Instagram.
🧠 I share what I’m thinking, feeling, and living.

Then I use AI to break that message into other formats—email, blog, captions, videos.

Because the reality is, 0.1% of your audience watches your full livestream.

But when you use AI to multiply that message across platforms?

Now people see you. Hear you. Start to trust you.

The Future Is Hybrid—And That’s a Good Thing

I’m not interested in being replaced.

I’m interested in being amplified.

That’s what AI does when you use it right. It allows your voice to be louder, clearer, and in more places at once.

And when people come into your world?

That’s where you flip the switch from automated to authentic.

The retreat.
The cold plunge.
The live book writing.
The vibe. The energy. The hugs.

None of that is artificial.

That’s community.

So What Does This Mean For You?

If you’re in healthcare…
If you're building a business…
If you're scared that AI is gonna take your job…

Here’s my take:

You’re safe—as long as you’re building trust, leading with your humanity, and learning how to use the tools that multiply your voice.

This new world isn’t about AI or authenticity.

It’s about learning how to use AI to spread your authentic voice.

It’s about being seen without being burnt out.
It’s about helping more people without cloning yourself.

That’s what I’m helping my clients do inside the AI Income Accelerator.

And it’s working.

Final Thought

AI didn’t build this community.

But it helped the right people find it.
