Hey friends,
If we want to make this year better than last, there’s ONE thing we all need to work on. And nope, it’s not some fancy strategy, a 10-step system, or even the latest tech. It’s confidence—the BIG C.
Confidence is what separates a good idea from a life-changing movement. It’s the difference between wishing for success and making it happen. And the best part? You don’t have to be born with it. Confidence is a skill—something you can build every single day.
Let me share something that rocked my world. I was in a group recently, and a guest speaker—this big-time trial attorney—shared the secret to winning cases.
Guess what? It wasn’t about evidence or even the law. It all came down to which attorney had the most conviction in what they were saying.
Confidence, folks. The jury believes the lawyer who believes in themselves the most. Think about how that applies to your life: whether you’re pitching your business, leading your team, or convincing someone to trust your solution—it all starts with YOUR confidence.
Here’s the deal. Confidence isn’t about waking up and magically feeling like a boss. It’s about showing up for yourself daily. Try this simple 20-20-20 routine to kickstart your confidence today:
Feed Your Mind (20 minutes)
Every day, spend time learning and growing. For me, that means starting with the Bible. It grounds me and reminds me I’m not doing this alone. You can also dive into a personal development book—something that stretches your thinking and pushes you forward.
Connect with Your Purpose (20 minutes)
Take time to pray, reflect, or just get real about what you’re grateful for. It doesn’t have to be complicated. For me, it’s about chatting with God like I’d chat with a friend. That gratitude and connection? It builds unshakable confidence.
Move Your Body (20 minutes)
When you feel strong physically, you feel strong mentally. You don’t need a marathon workout—just 20 minutes to break a sweat. This morning, I did squats and lunges in my garage. Simple, effective, and done.
Confidence doesn’t come from reading motivational quotes or hoping for a good day. It comes from keeping promises to yourself. When you show up consistently—whether it’s reading, reflecting, or moving—you start to trust yourself. And that trust? That’s where confidence is born.
FHere’s the truth: your confidence isn’t just about you. It’s about the people who need to believe in you—your clients, your team, your family. They need to see someone who knows what they’re doing and believes in their mission.
Confidence is contagious. Build it for yourself, and you’ll inspire it in others.
This is your year to build the BIG C, to grow, and to go after what you deserve. Start small, stay consistent, and watch what happens in 30 days.
Let’s make it happen.
Much love,
Greg
