I’ll be honest…
There are days I don’t want to do the thing.
Host the webinar.
Run the summit.
Shoot the video.
Write the content.
Lead the training.
Not because I don’t believe in what I do.
Not because I don’t love helping people.
But because I start thinking about the outcome.
Will it be a big enough turnout?
Will anyone buy?
What if I flop?
And when those questions start swirling, you know what I do?
Sometimes... nothing.
That’s what happened to me at the start of this year. I had planned to do my first webinar the first week of January. I was hyped. I had mapped out the entire 2026 game plan — 48 live “one-to-many” events: 36 webinars and 12 summits.
But I backed out.
Why?
Because I let outcome anxiety sneak in.
“I didn’t promote it enough.”
“People won’t show.”
“It won’t be good enough.”
And I almost let those thoughts derail my entire year.
Then last weekend I hosted a live summit. And about 20 minutes into it, something hit me...
I was loving it.
I was vibing.
I was in my element.
I wasn’t thinking about signups.
I wasn’t obsessing over conversions.
I wasn’t analyzing the comments or backend metrics.
I was just... enjoying it.
And that’s when I remembered: Enjoyment is the key to consistency.
When you love the work, you’ll keep showing up.
Even when:
✅ The audience is smaller than you hoped.
✅ The results aren’t immediate.
✅ Life is doing what life does — throwing chaos your way.
If you can find the joy in the work itself — not just the outcome — you win. Because that joy gives you fuel that money, validation, or metrics never could.
You’ll keep showing up.
You’ll outlast the ones who only move when the scoreboard lights up.
You’ll build something real, consistent, and authentic.
So here’s my challenge to you:
Stop asking “What will I get out of this?”
Start asking “Do I enjoy this enough to do it even if the results come later?”
That’s your clue.
Find the things that make you feel alive — and do them consistently.
Not for the outcome.
For the enjoyment.
And watch how everything changes.
P.S. I’d love to hear from you — what’s something in your business you actually enjoy doing, regardless of the outcome? Drop it in the comments or shoot me a DM. Let’s talk about how to build more of that into your strategy this year.
Much Love,
