How to Avoid Burnout as a Therapist (The Real Way)

Let’s talk about burnout. Because let’s be real—if you’re a therapist, a dietitian, a chiropractor, or any other healthcare pro, you’ve probably felt it.

The way I work today is completely different from how I did it 20 years ago. Instead of grinding 40+ hours a week non-stop, I work in 6-week seasons.

Here’s how it looks:
✅ I focus on one primary activity every season (content creation, coaching, launching a program, etc.)
✅ I don’t work 9-5—I structure my business around my life, not the other way around
✅ I’ve built assets that work for me (courses, coaching programs, digital offers) instead of just trading time for money
