I Helped My Uncle Build a $10K System in 10 Minutes — And He’s Not Even in Healthcare

This weekend something wild happened.

I did a training on how to clone yourself using AI (yes, the same training I’ve been talking about) — and one unexpected conversation afterward turned into a full-blown $5K–$10K income system…

…for my uncle.

Now before you go thinking he’s some tech-savvy entrepreneur or a business coach with a funnel and a podcast — he’s not.

He’s a recently retired military vet.

And this story right here? It’s proof that what you know is already enough — if you learn how to turn it into a system.

It Started With a Curious Call

On Friday, I got a call from my uncle.

He saw one of my ads for the AI training and hit me with the “Hey Nephew, what’s this all about?”

Next thing I know, he’s signed up for the Saturday session.

After the training, he sends me a message:
“Greg… that was amazing. I want to use this to help people. I just don’t know how.”

I told him:
“Come by the house tomorrow. We’ll figure it out.”

Sunday Morning: Game Plan in 10 Minutes

So Sunday rolls around. He walks into my office, still thinking he has nothing to offer.

I sat him down and said:

“Let’s stop overthinking. You’ve been managing your own real estate properties for 20+ years. You’re a part of a group managing 72 apartments. You’ve helped active military folks get started in real estate. THAT’S value. Let’s get it out of your head.”

I opened Otter.ai, hit record, and just started asking questions:

• “How do you evaluate a property?”

• “If someone in the military wanted to get into real estate, what’s the first thing you’d tell them?”

• “What mistakes have you seen others make?”

He talked for maybe 5–6 minutes.

Then I took that transcription, pasted it into ChatGPT, and gave it this exact prompt:

“You are my system architect. I am a real estate investor who wants to turn my individual expertise into a repeatable, scalable system that others can use. Here is what I do for clients: [insert transcript]. Please break down my process into clear step-by-step phases. Turn those steps into a repeatable framework with a name. Show me how I can use this for a group program, course, or resource I can give or sell.”

In less than 60 seconds… Boom.
ChatGPT built a full framework.

Step-by-step phases.
Clear structure.
Name for the system.
Ideas on how to use it as a course, training, or workshop.

“Greg… I Could Use This To Help People.”

He looked at the screen in shock.

He said, “Greg… this is crazy. I didn’t even think I knew this much.”

I said, “That’s the point. You do know this much. You’ve just never seen it packaged like this before.”

I showed him how he could turn it into a digital product.
Then I showed him how to create a private GPT that lets someone plug in a property address and automatically get a recommendation based on his framework.

He could give that away for free. Or charge for it. Or both.

So What’s the Lesson Here?

Simple.

You already have something valuable in your head.

But until it becomes a system, it can’t scale. It can’t sell. It can’t help more people.

The only reason I’m able to earn more and help more is because I’ve productized what I already know.
And now, with tools like AI, you can do that in 10 minutes flat.

So if a 60-something-year-old military vet can turn a casual conversation into a scalable $10K offer — what’s your excuse?
