Good morning, my friends! Happy Wednesday! Today, I want to dive into something powerful that’s been on my mind—a little secret I’ve found helps when you’re stuck, lacking clarity, or just not sure what the next step in life or business looks like. And here’s the kicker: this guidance doesn’t come from another strategy, book, or mentor.
Nope. It comes from my dreams.
This morning, I woke up with a sense of clarity that was straight out of a dream, and it hit me just how important this practice has been in my life and business. I realized that I don’t talk about this enough, so today I’m bringing it to you: the power of tuning into your dreams to find the clarity you’ve been looking for.
Let’s be real—there’s nothing worse than feeling lost or foggy about the direction you should go in next. We all want clarity, purpose, direction, and a roadmap, right? Here’s the thing: that clarity is probably already sitting within you, just waiting for you to listen.
I remember a powerful conversation I had with my mentor. He shared something he’d learned from his mentor, Wayne Dyer. He said, “Your dreams? That’s God mentoring you.” Let that sink in. It’s not me giving you the answers, and it’s not the next big strategy. This is straight guidance from the HQ above.
Last night, I went out with my inner circle. These are the people who’ve spent three days with me, soaking in strategies, tools, and all the good stuff to push their lives and businesses forward. We wrapped up a great night, and I went to bed with today on my mind—what we’d be doing, how I’d show up for them on the final day.
Then at around 4:30 a.m., I had this vivid dream. In the past, I might’ve just brushed it off. I’d think, “Oh, that’s interesting,” and roll over back to sleep. But this morning, I woke up, grabbed my journal, and jotted down every detail. I’ve learned that these moments are not random; they’re answers.
You might be wondering, “Okay, I have dreams too, but they’re just...dreams, right?” Maybe, but maybe not. For me, taking the time to write them down has been a game-changer. When I’m struggling with clarity, feeling stuck, or unsure of my next step, I have a whole framework for turning to these dreams to get the guidance I need.
In my dream this morning, I saw a fresh approach for today. It was like getting a mental preview of how I should move forward. And when I look back at past dreams I’ve written down, they almost always give me the nudge or confirmation I need.
Next time you have a dream that sticks with you, don’t ignore it. Instead, try this:
Write down everything – even if it feels random, weird, or unclear.
Reflect on it later – look for any connections or ideas that relate to what you’re currently working on or struggling with.
Use it as a guide – even if it’s a small nudge, let it influence your next step.
Who knows? You might just find that the direction you’ve been searching for was right there all along, waiting for you to pay attention.
So, let me ask you—are you a dreamer? And if so, what are you doing with those dreams? I’d love to hear your experiences, so drop a comment below. Let’s inspire each other to start listening to these “messages” a little more closely.
Much Love,
